Withdrawal History
This report shows all payments (setup in your payment settings) that have been withdrawn to your account. The Payment details column shows specific payment information.
Column | Description |
Date | The date the payment was withdrawn. |
Paystub ID | The ID number for a specific payment, either flat fees earned for a campaign or commission earned on a product. |
Amount | The amount of the payment that was withdrawn. |
Status | This includes the current status of your payment. |
Payment details | This includes the details of where your payment has been sent to. |
Invoice History
This report gives insight to all your payments that Walmart has been invoiced for. It also shows the payment status; if the payments have been made and if you have withdrawn them to your bank account.
Column | Description |
Invoice Number | This is your unique invoice number specific to the earnings you’ve acquired for either a flat fee or commission payout. |
Invoice Date | The date the invoice was approved and sent to you. |
Total Earnings | The total amount you’ve earned for a specific payout (either flat fee or commission). |
Total Paid | The total amount of the earnings that was paid to you. |
Total Withdrawn | This is the total amount that you have withdrawn. |
Download | The link to the invoice PDF you are able to download. |
Lifetime Earnings
This report shows all payments that you have been contracted for. You are able to see the date you were either contracted for or the date you earned the payment and also if it has been paid.
Column | Description |
Type | The type of payment scheduled to be paid, either flat fee or commission. |
Date earned | Invoice approval date. |
Date paid | The date the payment was made. |
Amount | The amount you were paid for the specific campaign (flat fee) or product (commission). |
Memo | This will include either the specific campaign you received the flat fees for, or the tracking link for a specific product which you have earned commission on. |
Scheduled Payments
This report shows all upcoming payments. This includes both flat fees and commissions that are set to be paid on a specified date.
Column | Description |
Type | The type of payment scheduled to be paid, either flat fee or commission. |
Date earned | Invoice approval date |
Date scheduled | The date you are expected to be paid after the end of the day the payment has been locked (learn more about action locking here). |
Amount | The amount scheduled to be paid. |
Memo | This will include either the specific campaign you are receiving the flat fees for, or the tracking link for a specific product which you have earned commission on. |
Under Contract
This report includes all payments that you have been contracted for. This includes flat fees from campaigns and commissions that have been tracked but have not yet locked. All commission payments will show the scheduled locking date so you can anticipate when your payment will arrive.

Type | The type of payment you have been contracted for, either flat fee or commission. |
Date earned | Invoice approval date for flat fees and creation date for conversion. |
Locking date | Next day after approval date (flat fees), 30 days after creation date (commission). |
Amount | The amount contracted to be paid. |
Memo | This will include either the specific campaign you are receiving the flat fees for, or the tracking link for a specific product which you have earned commission on. |
