During the action locking period, Walmart is able to modify or reverse the action you drove for them (i.e. the sale generated through the tracking link you provide to your audience). This happens if there is an instance that occurs outside of the contract terms, like if a customer returns a product. Actions are locked 30 days after the end of the day they are tracked.
To find the tracking date of an action:
Select Analytics in the main navigation bar
Select the Under Contract reporting option
Check the Date earned column for your desired action (i.e. the specific tracking link to the product).
