Setting up Payments

When you log in to Walmart Creator for the first time, you will be required to set up your banking information. Follow these steps:

1. Select the Go to my payment settings link in the yellow notice bar.

2. On the Payments settings page, select a tax document type.

   • Form W-9 - used if based in the United States (for all individuals and entities).

   • Form W8-BEN - for individuals not in the United States partnered with others based in the United States (i.e., you're operating by yourself and not operating as an entity in your country).

   • Form W8-BEN-E for entities not in the United States partnered with others based in the United States.

3. Complete and submit the tax form using DocuSign.

4. Set up your payment method by completing the required information.
